This profound and moving film will resonate with people of all faiths who have ever wondered why God allows bad things to happen to good people. Or those who tried to understand the God who rides the whirlwind. Filled with dark humor and affectionate mockery of the world of 1970s Judaism, it’s very funny at moments. Be prepared. The film raises more questions than it answers.
